Stand up paddleboarding on the coast around the Gower peninsula is a unique experience for the beginner or experienced watersport fanatic.

Gower was the UK's first area of outstanding natural beauty and the coastline offers a plentitude of beaches, reefs and points for wannabe Stand up paddlesurfers to explore when the waves are sweeping in from the atlantic.

SUP Gower was set up to service the rapidly growing sport of SUP across Swansea and Gower, we offer flat water lessons for beginners through to introducing SUP to surfers who already have surfing experience and want a piece of the action!

WHY Paddle Surf?

PADDLE SURFING adds a cool new dimension to the ocean, catching and surfing waves. A whole new skill set is required to use the paddle. It is a simple, yet beautiful tool and it is almost like learning to surf all over again with all the thrills that go with it minus the steep learning curve.
